Dr. Cecelia Corson
Leadership Development Coach & InstructorCecelia Corson is an International Coaching Federation credentialed leadership coach, and she creates and conducts customized workshops incorporating concepts from positive psychology, leadership development, organizational culture, organizational behavior, organizational change, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and more.
Prior to becoming a professional leadership coach, she worked for over 20 years in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries including clinical training & education, sales, marketing, and human resources.
Cecelia is also an inclusive educator and has taught multiple courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Christine Keelin is a leadership educator and organizational consultant who designs and facilitates interactive leadership workshops grounded in positive organizational psychology and real-world business experience. Her work focuses on helping leaders strengthen communication, build high-performing teams, and create workplace cultures where people feel energized and motivated to do their best work.
Before launching her consulting work, Christine spent over 15 years helping run her family’s food manufacturing business, where she gained extensive experience in operations, sales, product development, and relationship-driven leadership.
Christine is also an experienced college educator who has taught business communication and leadership courses for nearly a decade. Her teaching approach combines research-backed insights with practical application, helping leaders translate big ideas into everyday leadership behaviors.
